Succés Feedback is a red wine produced by Succés Vinícola in Barberà de la Conca (Tarragona), D.O.Conca de Barberà.
Succés Vinícola was created by two young people, Mariona Vendrell and Albert Canela, when in 2011 they had the opportunity to start their project in the "viver de celleristers" (lit. incubator for winemakers). The "viver de celleristes" allows young people to develop their wine project, giving them the necessary space and machinery to make their wines for up to 10 years.
Wines from Succés Vinícola aim to represent the varieties and the native terroir of D.O. Conca de Barberà, using the local varieties Parellada and Trepat in more than 90%. To enhance the character of their wines, they cultivate the vineyards organically, using traditional viticulture and with utmost respect for the ecosystem.
Succés Feedback is a wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Merlot and Garrut, from vineyards located between 500 and 800 metres of altitude on different types of soils.
They are manually harvested and placed in boxes. The grapes are selected in their own vineyards. At the winery, the fermentation is spontaneous in stainless steel deposits. The malolactic fermentation takes place in 225-litre French oak barrels, where it will remain for 14 months.
Succés Feedback is a powerful, structures and sweet wine. On the nose, the aromas of ripe red and black fruit stand out, with slightly balsamic smoky notes. In the mouth, it is balanced, with volume and a long and persistent finish.
