Spirits are alcoholic drinks that are made through the distillation, a process which separates water from an alcohol from a liquid previously fermented that generally comes from a cereal, grain or fruit. This is done by taking advantage of the different temperatures of evaporation, 100ºC for water, and 78,3ºC for alcohol.
