Sameirás Tinto is a red wine from the DO.Ribeiro produced by Antonio Adega Cajide. This wine is a blend of Sousón (40%), Caiño Tinto (30%), Brencellao (20%) and other red varieties (10%) from vineyards planted on sandy loam soils.

The winery is situated in Ribadavia, with the aim of recovering the work of their ancestors, starting by recovering and cultivating old vineyards and native grape varieties. The local area is home to a Mediterranean climate with a strong influence of the sea, humid with warm temperatures. The mountains act as natural barriers and protect the territory from storms. The annual average rainfall is 950 mm, yet there is scarce rainfall during the months when the grapes ripen.

As for the development, maceration and fermentation of all varieties is performed together at a controlled temperature.

La Treixadura has established itself as the prominent variety of the Ribeiro. The variety has become irreplaceable in the region, responsible for the fame achieved by the region's wines, as well as their glorious past. It is a well planted strain, vigorous, fairly resistant to disease, with middle productivity and late maturing, which helps produce wines with a spectacular and personal character through the variety, full of freshness and flavour in the mouth, and added mystery.
