Quíbia is a white wine from Mallorca, produced by the Ànima Negra winery. The winery is located southeast of the island of Mallorca, in Son Burguera, near the village of Felanitx.

Quíbia is made from native varieties premsal blanca, giró ros y callet (a red variety). The vineyards are cultivated by environmentally friendly methods.

For processing, the grapes are cooled on a cold bed on a bed of dry ice to avoid oxidation. They are then selected manually. After selecting, the must is fermented at a low temperature and aged on its lees for about 3 months in cement tanks.

Quíbia is a very special white wine, with limited production.

The winery Ànima Negra is one of the great promoters of the renovation of the Mallorcan wines. Outside the protection of a Denomination of Origin, at their own choice, and under a their own philosophy of understanding wine and viticulture, its wines offer the hallmark of the area where they are born. The combination of the climate, the land and unique local varieties, such as the Tinta Callet, an exclusive Mallorcan variety, are the identity traits of Ànima Negra, which shape the particular personality of all its wines.
Mallorcan wines are high quality wines with a recognised personality and unique characteristics, thanks to which it has obtained significant reviews by experts. Through their efforts, the producers in the island keep looking forward to have Mallorca considered as one of the most selected winemaking areas in Spain.
