Phincas 2016 is a concentrated red wine with intense aromas of acidic berries, herbaceous notes and hints of dark chocolate. On the palate it is balsamic, fresh and very balanced. It reveals a somewhat spicy acidity and fine tannins. The finish is long and balsamic.
Good attack. Mid-palate marked by a great structure. It is formed by great acidity and ripe tannins. Excellent load of fruit, very well shared with hardwood. Very spiced and mineral finish, which turns out to be long and persistent.
Intense cherry red colour with violet reflections. Clean and bright. Abundant tear.
This vintage is characterised by a rich nose, full of nuances. Intense notes of ripe black fruit, floral notes, pleasant aromatic herbs, roasted aromas and subtle spiced hints give way to pleasant and sharp mineral notes.

In the mouth, it has a good attack with volume, serious and intense. It describes a mid-palate marked by a great structure. Refreshing acidity, defined and deep, with polished, round and ripe tannins. Magnificent load of fruit together with noble woods. Very spiced long and persistent finish.
