Pedra de Guix is a white wine with hints of Mediterranean herbs like fennel, rosemary and bay leaves on the nose and mineral notes that are characteristic of Priorat wines. On the palate it is dry and fresh, reaffirming the mineral nuances accompanied by a subtle salinity. An elegant and complex wine with a great aging potential.
Good and powerful attack, dense and rich on the palate. Ripe white fruit, very lively with a marked acidity. Noticeable yet well-integrated tannins and good persistence.
Yellow, almost straw colour with gold reflections. Bright. Dense tears on the glass.
Aromas of white fruit and citrus. Intense toasted notes, marked lactic notes and smooth spices. A very intense, mineral background.
