Characteristics Pazo Señorans

Pazo de Señorans is a white wine produced by the Pazo de Señorans winery from the DO Rias Baixas, in the area of Valle del Salnés, the birthplace of the Albariño grape variety.
Pazo de Señorans is a varietal made with 100% Albariño grapes. The Pazo de Señorans winery has its own 17-hectare vineyard, planted by means of a trellis system in order to prevent moisture from the ground and to receive the enough sunlight.
Moreover, this winery also work with other farmers of the area who are involved in control tasks as well as in the grape harvest. The harvest is done manually in small plastic boxes that ensure an excellent condition of the grapes during their arrival at the winery. The grapes carry out a peculiar maceration, a maceration at a low temperature which favours the extraction of the aromas of this variety.
Pazo de Señorans undergoes an alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C. Once the fermentation is completed, it is aged on its lees in stainless steel deposits for at least five months before being taken into the bottles, where it will rest for at least 4 more months.
Pazo de Señorans is a great albariño wine, which can be consumed or kept in good condition for the next three years, in which it will still improve due to the great work in the aging on lees that this winery carries out.

Tasting notes Pazo Señorans

Pazo Señorans is nice and elegant on the palate. Good acidity, with a large volume, unctuous, and with a great balance.

Straw yellow colour with some greenish hues. Clean and bright.

Great intensity on the nose. Typical aromas of the Albariño variety such as apricot and peach together with floral notes.
Lovely on the palate, with high volume until retro-olfaction.

Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections.

High intensity with a marked varietal character.
Wide and tasty attack and a silky, rather creamy mid palate, with outstanding notes of fruit among which its refreshing citrus stands out along with a delicate salinity. Very nice tartness acidity and a balanced and very long finish, with marked varietal aromas.  An elegant, very fresh and sincere white wine.

Very bright, clean and attractive pale yellow colour with greenish reflections. Glyceric tears.

Very good aromas with marked intense varietal notes. Its intense notes of fleshy ripe fruit, especially apple and citrus, are displayed in a perfect balance and harmony with its spicy and herbal nuances which appear progressively as the wine opens up. Its elegant background shows subtle floral aromas and a good minerality.
Elegant and intense young white wine. Good attack with a creamy, very tasty and fresh mid palate. The intense notes of fruit are noticed along with some subtle mineral touches. Very good and balanced acidity that freshens the wine. Long and lingering aftertaste with a light bitterness, typical of the variety.

Bright and clean straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. Dense and glyceric tears.

Very aromatic wine with a good load of ripe fruit notes, among which apple and citrus stand out. When it opens up, the fruit gains in intensity and subtle floral and spicy aromas are noticed on an expressive mineral background.
With good track from start to finish: firm, no rough edges and verbose. Along the path denotes very harmonious in its whole coming to the end with a nice sense of acids and fullness.
Final full and frank, strongly dominated by varietal, continuing to retronasal. I remember recently harvested Albariño grape.

In the domain of these primary aromas, highlighting the golden apple citrus good company in all its ranges, and their respective crusts. After taking spicy move the nice way with flowers.
With good track from start to finish: firm, no rough edges and verbose. Good base, obtained at harvest and further work on this young wine lees. Along the path denotes very harmonious in its whole coming to the end with a nice sense of acids and fullness.
Final full and frank, with persistent strong predominance of varietals to the line finish. Remembrance of freshly harvested grape Albariño.
