From the sunny lands of Jerez de la Frontera is born this Lustau Palo Cortado Peninsula, a very dry wine (only 4.7 grams of residual sugar), bred by the traditional method of aging Jerez, "criaderas and sills".
This is a fruity and lucky wine, with good judgment and intuition by the winemaker. A wine that combines the finesse of amontillado, but at the same time, with potency in the mouth.
