Real reviews from customers who have purchased this product

P'tit Blanc du Tue-Boeuf is a natural Sauvignon Blanc white wine produced by Le Clos Du Tue-Boeuf.

Le Clos Du Tue-Boeuf is a family winery run by two brothers located between the AOPs Cheverny and Touraine. They have cultivated their vineyards organically since 1996 and have been producing natural wines even earlier, since 1994, producing with the minimum of intervention and without adding oenological products to the wine.

The vineyards for Le Clos Du Tue-Boeuf cover an area of about 3 hectares and are between 4 and 20 years old. Their approximate yields are 50 hectolitres per hectare, and they are harvested manually so that a good selection of the bunches can be made while still in the field and ensure the quality of the harvest. Once in the cellar, the bunches are pressed and the must is racked statically to leave it free of impurities. Vinification is performed without commercial yeasts, fermenting with the native yeasts that are already present on the skins. The final wine is aged for 4 to 6 months in steel tanks and is gently filtered before bottling.

P'tit Blanc du Tue-Boeuf is a natural, fresh and fruity young white.
