No additives, artificial leavening or colours are used. Ilegal is also committed to environmental stewardship in the Oaxaca region of Mexico.
It is the perfect balance of agave and smooth smoke. For the production of Mezcal agave, together with a light and subtle touch of smoke, is the most important thing. The result is a mezcal that is true to tradition.
