To make the Malasombra Rosado wine, the Garnacha clusters are harvested manually at their optimum ripeness and are collected in small boxes to preserve their integrity and organoleptic properties until they reach the winery.
This Malasombra Rosé wine is a rosé made through the saignée method. The skins are left to macerate for the time it takes the wine to develop a beautiful colour. Once the desired colour has been achieved, the skins are removed and fermentation begins, which takes place in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature.
Malasombra Rosado is a very versatile, aromatic and sweet young wine, with a moderate alcohol content that makes it an excellent and light option to be enjoyed at any time of the year.
