He·Ma is a red wine from D.O. Montsant produced by Mas de l'Abundància.
Due to a lack of regular rainfall and high temperatures in the summer during the growing period, the vineyard had a very high water stress, which led to a decline in production and a very high fruit concentration. In October, however, it finally rained and this helped the ripening of the grapes that had not yet been harvested like Cabernet and Sansón.
This wine is a coupage of Cabernet Sauvignon (70%), Samsó(20%) and Garnacha (10%). As for the fermentaion, the wine undergoes a maceration for 5-8 days and the fermentation lasts 7-10 days in stainless steel deposits at a temperature of 25 º C.
