Dominique Lafon is a renowned winemaker who started his own company apart from the family winery, Domaine des Comtes Lafon, in 2008. He produces wines using 4.5 hectares of vineyards in the Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Volnay and Beaune denominations.

Having ventured out on his own, Dominique Lafon can now experiment and learn with his own label and as his own boss, which has led him to produce signature wines, which, unlike those made in the family winery, have an interesting tension, minerality and total elegance.
