Domaine Bobinet Les Landes is an organic, biodynamic and natural barrel-aged red wine made by Domaine Bobinet in the French denomination AOC Saumur-Champigny (Loire) with the Cabernet Franc variety.
The Domaine Bobinet winery was set up in 2002 when Sebastien Bobinet started cultivating plots owned by his maternal grandparents. He uses organic agriculture and the most natural winemaking processes in the winery, without any wine additives. The project has grown, especially through the support of colleague and sommelier Emeline Calvez.
Domaine Bobinet Les Landes comes from a plot characterised by its red clay and flint soils. No chemicals are used, instead opting for organic and ecological agriculture with biodynamic treatments to preserve the natural balance of the terroir. The harvest is carried out manually at the optimum point of ripeness.
In the winery, the Domaine Bobinet Les Landes grapes are destemmed and macerate for 4-5 weeks. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts then begins and finally the wine ages in French oak barrels for 18 months.
Produced in the Loire Valley wine region in France, Domaine Bobinet Les Landes is a delicate, dense and velvety red wine. Natural Loire seduction.
