Real reviews from customers who have purchased this product

Davila L100 is a white wine made by Bodegas Valmiñor. This wine from the D.O. Rías Baixas is made with grapes of the Loureiro variety. The grapes are harvested late to allow the ripening of the Loureiro in the vineyard. The grapes are then selected in the winery before being destemmed. They undergo a cold maceration (10ºC) for 6-8 hours and are then pressed. They are statically racked in deposits, and then alcoholic fermentation starts under an automatically controlled temperature. The wine ages on loureiro lees in stainless steel deposits of 2,000 litres for 6 months.
The wine is stabilized in insulated tanks, filtered using a tangential filter and bottled. It then rests in the bottle for 50 days prior to going on sale.

Inside the Rias Baixas Designation of Origin, Adegas Valmiñor is located in the O Rosal valley.
Rías Baixas wines would not be where they are today without the native Albariño grape variety. Although red wines are also produced in Rías Baixas, practically 100% of Rías Baixas wines are white. Among them, the vast majority of them are made with the Albariño grape. As well as young wines, fresh and aromatic, the region also makes wines aged in the barrels, complex wines with great personalities. Albariño wines can either be single varieties, or be part of a blend with other characteristic grapes of the region: Treixadura, Loureira Blanca and Godello.
