Cume do Avia Colleita Blanco

Cume do Avia Colleita 7 Blanco is an organic white wine made with the Treixadura, Albariño and Loureira Blanca varieties by Cume do Avia in the DO Ribeiro (Galicia).

 

Cume do Avia is run by Diego, Álvaro, Fito and Anxo, four cousins who decided to leave their jobs and dedicate their lives to viticulture in Eiras do Mouros, the village where their grandparents were born. Here, they recover abandoned vineyards and use ancient Galician methods. 

 

Cume do Avia Colleita 7 Blanco comes from old, recovered native variety vines planted on decomposed granite soils. They are cultivated using certified organic agriculture and no chemical products, choosing biodynamic treatments instead. 

 

Cume do Avia Colleita 7 Blanco is a coupage of several wines. The Treixadura and Albariño varieties are vinified without racking and the Treixadura and Loureira varieties are vinified with skins and stems in stainless steel tanks. Finally, some of the Treixadura is aged in chestnut barrels. 

 

Cume do Avia Colleita 7 Blanco is an organic coupage with a marked Galician personality. A pure, fresh and elegant white wine.
