Coutier Brut Blanc de Blancs is a sparkling wine made using the traditional method. The must is first fermented in stainless steel tanks and then undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle. Finally, during disgorgement, a low dose of sugar is added to enhance the Grand Cru.
