Clos du Tue-Boeuf Vin Rosé is a natural monovarietal Côt rosé wine produced by Clos du Tue-Boeuf, in the Loire area.
Clos du Tue-Boeuf is a winery run by two brothers who decided to make wine together for the first time in 1999. Pioneers in the production of natural wines in France, they work without enological additives and ferment with the grapes’ own native yeasts, seeking to respect nature as much as possible and express it as naturally as possible.
To produce Clos du Tue-Boeuf Vin Rosé, the grapes are pressed directly when they arrive in the cellar and the alcoholic fermentation is carried out with native yeasts in fibre tanks. Lastly, the wine is aged for a few months in stainless steel tanks so that it can be marketed in optimum conditions.
