Castell de Vilarnau Brut Rosat is a rosé cava from D.O. Cava produced by the winery Vilarnau. It is a coupage of the varieties Garnacha (85%) and Pinot Noir (15%).
The winery is located in the region of Penedès, the historic centre of D.O. Cava. In this area, the climate is ideal for the cultivation of vines, since due to the proximity of the Mediterranean sea, the climate is mild throughout the year.
Castell de Vilarnau Brut Rosat is made following conventional methods. The several stages the grapes go through follow the lessons learned during years of tradition.
The result is a soft and creamy cava, with great freshness, which you will want to drink at any time of the day.
Vilarnau is one of those family wineries that are so typical of D.O. Cava. With a history of more than half a century and around 15 hectares of their own vineyards, Vilarnau is now part of the group Gonzalez Byass.
