Casabosca is a red wine produced by Bodegas Rafael Cambra in the D.O. Valencia with Monastrell, Arcos, Bonicaire and Forcallá varieties.

Bodegas Rafael Cambra is located in the Valencian town of Fontanars dels Alforins, 700 metres above sea level. Its oenologist, Rafael Cambra, bases his approach on the idea that wines are created in the vineyard. Which is why, when it comes to winemaking, minimum intervention prevails.

Casabosca is the result of native varieties recovered from young vines that grow very well in clay-calcareous soils and withstand high temperatures. The winery has an organic approach to field work where biodiversity is enhanced in order to alleviate diseases.

In the cellar Casabosca ferments with native yeast in stainless steel tanks with 20% of the stems and undergoes a light treading. Maceration is carried out at a constant temperature of 26 ° C for 21 days. Ageing takes place in concrete tanks for 12 months.

Casabosca is a very good opportunity to discover the native varieties of Valencia.
