Its aroma is deep, intense, complex and subtle. Initially evokes clear notes of ripe berries and toasted nuts, all surrounded by memories of fine woods and a clear background of roasted red peppers. If we are patient we will see that grow as its aromatic complexity, and little by little we can distinguish penetrating notes of vanilla, cinnamon and a light balsamic background.
