Bond Quella 2015 is a concentrated red wine that was bottled at the beginning of 2018. With an attractive garnet purple colour, the nose reveals intense aromas of black fruit like blackcurrants, cherries and blackberries combined with hints of tobacco, truffles, new leather and touches of chalk and undergrowth. On the palate it is muscular, powerful and voluminous. A wine loaded with earthy and mineral layers that ends with lingering salty notes.
Bond Quella 2014 is a concentrated red wine with an intense garnet-purple colour that exudes fragrances of forest fruits jam, blackberry pie and notes of crushed stones. The secondary and tertiary aromas include dried Provence herbs, exotic spices and tobacco. On the palate it is full, powerful and very elegant. A medium-bodied wine with a firm backbone of grainy tannins and integrated acidity. The finish is lingering and very mineral.
