Boë Superior Gin

This gin's origins go back to the 17th century, when the professor Franz de la Boë managed to create a medicine that would cure a third of all diseases: an infusion of grain alcohol, juniper berries and a series of botanics. He looked for a "tonic" and ended up discovering gin. The vaporization after a double distillation keeps the flavours of the botanics and its aromatic oils intact, avoiding a counterproductive overheating. The result is a perfect balance between aromatic herbs and spices, which give the gin an exceptional flavour. The botanics used include coriander, orris root, angelica, wild cassia bark, grains of paradise, liquorice and almonds.
