BCN Gin

BCN Gin is a Catalan gin distilled in the Priorat. It shares many characteristics with the ciudad condal: modernism, tradition, modernity and nature.

Only natural ingredients are used to make BCN Gin. The water is sourced from Font del Mas Petit, a natural spring from the licorella del Priorat (a type of slate stone typical to this area of Catalunya). The juniper, rosemary, fennel, pine shoots and figs are also obtained from these very same mountains. These are all combined with Southern Mediterranean Catalan ingredients: lime and lemon rind. This gin distills in the Arnold Holstein, the only still capable of extracting the essence of Cariñena and Garnacha grapes.
