Telmo Rodríguez Basa Blanco 2022 is a very rich, tasty and creamy white with a predominance of fruit. This is the first aroma that appears on the nose, but then the notes gradually evolve towards revealing smoky notes, yellow herbs and spices. The palate is fresh and ripe, with good acidity. Very well balanced.

Basa is a white wine from Rueda developed by the wine company of Telmo Rodríguez. This wine is a blend of Verdejo (92%) and Viura (8%).

The grapes are harvested partly by hand and partly mechanically from different areas of the region. The soils are calcareous and gravel.

Pruning techniques are used, such as glass and lace viticulture.

Basa is fermented in stainless steel tanks before being bottled and marketed. The total production of this wine is 595,000 bottles.
