Ànima de Raimat Blanco is a white wine produced by the Raimat winery in the Costers del Segre.
It is a blend of Chardonnay, Xarel·lo and Albariño varieties. The grapes come from the Raimat estate where sustainable viticulture, certified by the Catalan Council for Integrated Production, is practiced.
The climate is continental with Mediterranean influences, with large temperature contrasts during the ripening of the grapes, which helps achieve a higher concentration of aromas.
The harvest of each variety is done separately, fully respecting maturation times of each variety. It starts in early September and lasts until early October.
