Altos del Enebro is a red wine from the D.O. Ribera del Duero produced by the Altos del Enebro winery. This wine is a single-variety Tinto Fino, the area's grape par excellence.

The wine comes from a vineyard located in the town of Pardilla, in the province of Burgos, and occupies little more than a hectare. The vineyard is three decades old and lends a unique expression to the final product.

Altos del Enebro passes through traditional vinification processes, first macerating its grapes for 18 days. The ageing, carried out in medium toast, extra-fine grain, French oak barrels, lasts for 15 months. The wine is stabilised using natural methods before being bottled and finally sold.

Ribera del Duero wine is one of the most prestigious wines in Spain. Red wines made with Tinto Fino variety grapes, with highly complex aromas, fine on the palate and with a great storage capacity. The wines of Ribera del Duero present a perfect balance between the vividness of the fruit and the refinement of the wood, which has led to them obtaining a well-deserved international acclaim.
