Real reviews from customers who have purchased this product

Albariño de Fefiñanes is a white wine from Rias Baixas produced by Bodega del Palacio de Fefiñanes. This wine is a varietal Albariño.

The first vintage of this wine was made in 1928. Bodega del Palacio de Fefiñanes has been linked to wine since the seventeenth century and is a pioneer in the development and marketing of the Albariño grape variety.

Albariño grapes come from the Salnés Valley, an area of great tradition that has special features and give the grapes great quality.

The soils in which the vineyards grow are granite. During the harvest, a first selection of the grains occurs in the field.

Once in the winery, Albariño de Fefiñanes undergoes a fermentation in steel tanks. Albariño de Fefiñanes is an elegant and very fresh wine.

"Such as happens with people, the closest a wine is to its origin, the closest to its truth." This is one of the principles of the winery Palacio de Fefiñanes. And, after all, most of their wines clearly show their land's flavours and landscape. They also have the brightness of a singular grape variety: the evocative, powerful Albariño, with its distinct Atlantic character.

Rías Baixas wines would not be where they are today without the native Albariño grape variety. Although red wines are also produced in Rías Baixas, practically 100% of Rías Baixas wines are white. Among them, the vast majority of them are made with the Albariño grape. As well as young wines, fresh and aromatic, the region also makes wines aged in the barrels, complex wines with great personalities. Albariño wines can either be single varieties, or be part of a blend with other characteristic grapes of the region: Treixadura, Loureira Blanca and Godello.
