Agustí Torelló Mata 375 Brut Reserva is a sparkling Brut Reserva made by Agustí Torelló Mata with the Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada varieties in D.O. Cava (Catalonia). 
 
Pioneer in Cava production in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, the family business since 1959, Agustí Torelló Mata has been able to create a collection of quality wines which express the personality of the Penedès. Mediterranean-style, quality Cavas which have achieved a prominent place in the international wine sector. 
 
Agustí Torelló Mata 375 Brut Reserva is made with the three traditional native varieties of Cava: Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada. Environmentally-friendly agriculture is carried out with strict control throughout the year and limited yields. The selection and harvesting is done by hand in the vineyard itself.
 
In the cellar, the Agustí Torelló Mata 375 Brut Reserva grapes are vinified separately and then a classic blend is made. Finally, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle and the wine is aged for 24 months before disgorging. 
 
Agustí Torelló Mata 375 Brut Reserva is a fresh, dry and versatile Cava. A classic style sparkling wine whose 37.5 cl format makes it ideal for uncorking at any time.

Agustí Torelló Mata 375 Brut Reserva 2018 is a fruity sparkling wine with aromas of white fruit, balsamic notes and a herbal base. On the palate it’s dry, fresh and agreeable. A creamy Cava with sweet notes and a slightly mineral finish.

Agustí Torelló Mata, known as "the cava man”, encapsulates one of the most exciting stories related to a specific product, Cava, which Agustí himself says is an unbeatable product, made with conscience, rigour and a true commitment to quality. His own commitment, together with his wife and family, was the creation of his own winery and the launch of his star product in 1979, Cava Kripta Brut Nature Gran Reserva, which has won awards and is known worldwide. It also has a unique presentation in an amphora-shaped bottle created by the painter and sculptor Rafael Bartolozzi. This work led him to gain one of the greatest winemaking reputations both nationally and internationally.
