To celebrate their 20th anniversary, Aalto have launched a very special Limited Edition wine. Aalto XX Aniversario is a selected coupage of 6 225-litre barrels from three vintages classified as “very good” by the DO Ribera del Duero (2016, 2017 and 2018). All the wine has spent 20 to 40 months aging, depending on the vintage.
 
Aalto XX Aniversario is a strong and elegant single-variety Tempranillo wine that reflects the meticulous and detailed work philosophy that Aalto has been dedicated to over the last 20 years, which has earned them a great reputation around the world. This wine is also presented in an original 3-litre bottle with a noble metal label and modern packaging designed by the renowned Aalto University in Helsinki. A unique and iconic wine with only 450 bottles made that is certain to woo anyone who loves wine or art.

Aalto was founded in February of 1999 by Mariano García —who for 30 years was the technical director and oenologist of Vega Sicilia— and Javier Zaccagnini —who was the Director of the Regulatory Council of D.O. Ribera del Duero for 6 years— when they both decided to join their abilities and experience to start a unique project. Their aim was to produce wines that, from the first moment, showed a differentiated personality, where the power and the structure with constitute their elegance and complexity. Nowadays, and since it was founded in 1999, Aalto Bodegas y Viñedos has continued its unstoppable path and has been able to place its wines among the best ones in the world.
