A. J. Adam Häs'chen Riesling Auslese is a monovarietal Riesling sweet white wine from the VDP Mosel-Saar-Ruwer, produced by A. J. Adam.

Weingut A. J. Adam is a young winery founded in 2000 and located in Neumargen-Dhron, in the Moselle. Today the winery has approximately 3.5 hectares of vineyards planted mainly with Riesling and aged from 30 to 65 years old, and is located on steep slopes on the banks of the Moselle. It is run by Andreas Adam, who trained with one of the best producers in Germany, Weingut Hetmann-Löwenstein. He vinifies with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks and in large oak barrels.

The vineyards for M. J. Adam Häs'chen Riesling Auslese were planted in 1933 and are on hillsides facing south-southeast. This is a plot of about 2.7 hectares that is vinified and aged entirely in foudres. The wine has been made with a part of the vintage having "noble rot", grapes affected by the positive action of the fungus Botrytis Cinerea. This fungus normally wreaks havoc on crops by reducing its quantity and quality, but sometimes it affects them positively, causing a pacification of the grapes, concentrating the sugars and aromas of the grape, and thereby giving it optimum characteristics for the production of natural sweet wines.

A. J. Adam Häs'chen Riesling Auslese is a "noble rot" white wine vinified and aged in foudres. It is an intense, complex and structured wine.
