Villa Ascenti Gin embodies the essence of an elegant summer in northern Italy: long tables, serene conversation, and the cool breeze descending from the hills when the sun's intensity wanes. Everything feels light, yet purposeful.
 
It originates in Piedmont, amidst vineyards and small aromatic farms, at the historic Distilleria Santa Vittoria. There, Lorenzo Rosso —oenologist and master distiller— works almost as if cooking for friends: sourcing local ingredients at their peak and allowing each to retain its character. Mint, thyme, sage, and Moscato grapes arrive fresh, just harvested, which is evident in the clean and natural sensation that permeates the entire gin.
 
Villa Ascenti Gin is crafted from Moscato grapes and undergoes a triple distillation in ancient Frilli copper stills. The result is a smooth and aromatic profile, where juniper is accompanied by fresh herbal notes and a delicate fruity undertone that makes it distinctive without the need to exaggerate.
