About Tuets Tot Vermell

At the heart of Tuets wines lies a deep-rooted philosophy: let nature be the teacher. Albert Domingo, a young winemaker, is the architect of this vision. His wines are much more than just a label on a bottle; they are a manifestation of how agriculture can become an authentic dialogue between humans and the land.

At his farm in Alt Camp, Catalonia, Albert works with a profound respect for and sincere connection to nature. Each vintage is the fruit of this relationship, where conscience and freedom intertwine to bring to life a portfolio of natural wines. These are creations that have nothing to hide and that express, without artifice, the very soul of the place, as is the case with Tuets Tot Vermell. A rosé wine made from all the white and red varieties harvested on the same day throughout the various plots of the estate. The grapes come from vines planted in thin, limestone soils at an altitude of 550 m above sea level that enjoy large temperature contrasts between day and night in the summer. These vines are cultivated using organic agriculture and biodynamic treatments, and the harvest is carried out by hand when the grapes reach optimum ripeness. In the winery, the selected and destemmed grapes are placed in the same tank for 24 hours and gently pressed. Following this, fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks and finally, the wine remains in these same containers for 8 months before bottling without fining, filtering or the addition of sulfites.

Proudly expressing its place of origin to the fullest, Tuets Tot Vermell is a wine with soul. Each sip reveals the magic of the landscape in which it was born, offering tiny fragments of land waiting to be discovered, shared and savored.

Tuets Tot Vermell 2022 reveals fruity, herbaceous, floral and wild aromas. On the palate, its dryness is balanced by a slight earthy feel, enveloping us in an experience that is definitively dry with a soft alcoholic touch. A harmonious combination that reflects the care and dedication that goes into its production, inviting us to savor the very essence of the terroir in each sip.
