What happens when a rosé decides not to be one?
 
 Sometimes, remarkable discoveries arise from small surprises. Rennersistas Superglitzer began its life with the intention of being a rosé, but ended up transforming into something darker, bolder, more... super! Instead of correcting its course, the Rennersistas chose to bottle the anecdote and turn the "mistake" into a juicy and vibrant virtue. The result is a light red wine that confounds, entertains, and captivates.
 
In Gols, Austria, the Renner family has been cultivating vineyards for generations, with a philosophy that combines respect for the environment with a curious and contemporary outlook. The siblings Stefanie and Georg now lead the winery with a sensitivity that merges tradition, minimal intervention, and a lively connection with nature. Here, it's not just about making wine, but about creating bottled stories that speak of soil, climate, intuition, and shared joy.
 
Rennersistas Superglitzer is a natural red wine that defies labels. It is crafted from a blend of zweigelt, blaufränkisch, St. Laurent, and a touch of rössler varieties. Each variety is vinified with different skin contact times and whole bunches, resulting in a wine with light colour, gentle acidity, and almost invisible tannins. After ageing on lees in 3,000-litre foudres, the wine is bottled unfiltered, with just 17 mg/l of total sulphur, and retains all its freshness. It is biodynamic, certified by Demeter, and made from vineyards that breathe biodiversity and life.
 
Served slightly chilled, Rennersistas Superglitzer is a thirst-quenching wine (vin de soif) for those seeking wines without restraint: fresh, light, juicy, with an abundance of fruit and a caressing texture. Straddling the line between a concentrated rosé or a light red, it is the perfect wine to share with friends on carefree afternoons, impromptu snacks, or simply when you need a drink that knows how to laugh with you.
