About Minuty Prestige

In the heart of the French Riviera, the glamorous town of Saint Tropez, France, enchants its visitors with its idyllic beaches, pulsating nightlife, and exclusive atmosphere. And there is no finer complement to this experience than a sip of a Provence rosé. The brothers Jean-Etienne and François Matton, acclaimed connoisseurs in the wine domain, invested their passion and expertise 25 years ago to establish a venture that has reached the pinnacle of excellence. Under the name Château Minuty, they focused on crafting world-class rosé wines which swiftly became the preferred choice for bon vivants in illustrious destinations like Cannes, Nice, and, of course, Saint Tropez.

One of their most esteemed wines is Minuty Prestige, aptly named, a rosé crafted from Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and Rolle grapes sourced from a selection of Provence terroirs with clay-limestone soil that benefit from the temperate maritime climate of the Mediterranean Sea. The vineyard practices organic farming, and the grapes are handpicked at the optimal point of ripeness. In the winery, the selected grapes, destemmed and crushed, undergo cold maceration and ferment with indigenous yeasts, without undergoing malolactic fermentation.
