About Fino Dos Palmas

This release of the Fino Dos Palmas, of which only 2000 bottles were released, comes from a combination of two wines with a vintage of over 150.

We are facing a highly evolved Fino, after more than eight years of aging under a veil of flowers, which leaves only faint aroma after such aging. An example of extreme balance, which shows once again the magic and mystery of mastering the Jerez.

2020 Fino Dos Palmas 2020 is an exquisitely aged fino featuring a lustrous golden tear. On the nose, it is intricate and penetrating with hints of withered flowers, dried fruits, saline, and mineral nuances. The palate experiences a profound intensity and a subtle creaminess. The finish is well-rounded, encompassing, and savory.
2018 The Dos Palmas Fino is a fortified wine with the maximum expression of the yeast cap. The nose offers intense, saline and iodine aromas that evoke the sea, accompanied by nuts where almond notes give way to walnuts and hazelnuts. On the palate it is creamy with an elegant bitterness. An interesting, complex and very lively Fino wine.

A nose of high intensity in which saline sensations (seaweed, iodine) and nuts (hazelnut) predominate. Great complexity.
