Casal de Armán 7 Cupos boasts a history that begins long before it reaches the glass. Its name alludes to the division of the family estate of the winery Casal de Armán into seven parts or "cupos," corresponding to the six siblings and their parents. A familial tale that today lends its name to a ribeiro with a fresh, fruity, and approachable character.
 
Exclusively crafted with indigenous varieties of Casal de Armán 7 Cupos, Casal de Armán 7 Cupos emerges from a meticulous selection of grapes and precise work from the vineyard. The grapes hail from various plots in the valley, settled on soils of granitic sands, clay, and some schists, characteristic of this area of the DO Ribeiro.
 
The harvest of Casal de Armán 7 Cupos is conducted manually in 15 kg boxes, and the grapes are immediately transported to the winery in an insulated van. There, they remain for 12 hours in a cooling chamber at 7 °C before passing through a vibrating sorting table, a process designed to preserve freshness and select only the finest grapes.
 
Subsequently, the whole grapes of Casal de Armán 7 Cupos are pressed using a pneumatic system, and the musts are separated, undergoing static settling before fermentation begins. This process is carried out at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, where the wine remains until it reaches the optimal point of maturity for bottling.
