About Quintarelli Bianco Secco

Quintarelli Bianco Secco is a barrel-aged white wine made with the Chardonnay, Trebbiano, Sauvignon Blanc and Garganega varieties by the Guiseppe Quintarelli winery in the Veneto region (Italy).

The Quintarelli name is synonymous with one of the best wines in the world made in the hills north of Verona. The winery was founded by the late father of Amarone, Giuseppe Quintarelli, and his legacy continues today thanks to the same passion shared with his daughter Fiorenza and her family. A production style where tradition, effort and patience can be seen in each of their bottles. From the original handwritten labels, to the highest quality cork, to the exquisite wine they made, Quintarelli is high quality craftsmanship.

Quintarelli Bianco Secco is the result of a mixture of different varieties that come from vines with an average age of 30 years planted in mineral rich soils. These are strains grown under the principles of respectful agriculture, using organic and ecological practices. When the grape reaches optimum ripeness, it is harvested manually.

Quintarelli Bianco Secco grapes are pressed immediately when they reach the winery. The must then ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and with regular batonnage. Finally, the wine ages in barrels.

The exquisite balance of acidity and fruit reaches its crescendo in a prolonged, lingering finish that beckons one to savor its vivacity.
2017 Quintarelli Bianco Secco is an aromatic white wine with fragrances of ripe stone fruits, white flowers, citrus notes and light spicy touches. On the palate it is concentrated and firm to begin with. A wine with sweet fruit and minerality on the mid-palate and a persistent finish.
