The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in small concrete vats with 30% whole clusters. The result? Ripe red fruit that unfolds leisurely, gentle spices emerging like echoes rather than notes, and a texture that feels expansive, almost warm, yet consistently upheld by a freshness that balances it. The maturation doesn’t dictate the path, it merely refines the edges, as if someone had softened the light in a room without altering anything else.
