AT Roca Reserva 2023 is an invitation to a sensory delight. Visually, its pale yellow hue with golden reflections hints at the freshness you'll discover with each sip. On the nose, the aroma unfolds with fresh notes of Reinette apple, pear, and fennel, caressed by a delicate backdrop of pastry and brioche. On the palate, its flavour is a blend of freshness and minerality, with a saline touch that makes it unique.

About AT Roca Reserva Brut Nature

Agustí Torelló Sibill has realised what is undoubtedly a lifelong ambition: the establishment of a winery that embodies decades of learning and projects it into the future. A functional, aesthetic, and profoundly sustainable space, where every detail is designed to work with absolute respect for the landscape and to craft wines that clearly speak of Penedès.

With this new chapter, AT Roca takes a decisive and natural step by joining Corpinnat, the collective brand that brings together some of the most quality-focused, territory-conscious, and ecologically-minded wineries. Its inclusion reinforces the notion that Penedès has a unique viticultural heritage and that, when approached with rigour, sustainability, and honesty, the bubbles can become a true expression of identity.

In this context, AT Roca Reserva is born, a Corpinnat crafted from a classic and delightful blend: macabeo and xarel·lo. The grapes are sourced from over 35-year-old organic vineyards, where viticulture is practised with care, patience, and a profound respect for natural balance.

The production follows the traditional method, with a meticulous first fermentation and a second fermentation always in the bottle, where the bubbles form slowly to enhance finesse. Thereafter, the wine rests for 20 months on lees, refining, rounding out, and gaining complexity. Before entering the market, disgorgement is carried out without adding expedition liqueur, affirming its Brut Nature character and allowing the wine, unadorned, to speak for itself.

AT Roca today reflects the expertise of Agustí Torelló Sibill and the energy and sensitivity of his son, Agustí Torelló Roca. Following a lengthy career in the historic family business, this project is born with the excitement of starting anew and the tranquility of knowing exactly what is being done. A modern winery, a committed team, and a sparkling wine that illustrates why AT Roca fits so naturally within Corpinnat.

Visually, it is characterized by a pale yellow hue with glimmering golden reflections, accompanied by a refined and enduring effervescence. On the nose, this wine unfolds a pristine and forthright bouquet, accentuating fruits such as Granny Smith apples and pears, with a delicate hint of fennel and an undertone reminiscent of fresh patisserie and brioche. On the palate, it is vibrant and mineral-driven, with a creamy texture from the carbonation that melds seamlessly. 2018 AT Roca Reserva 2018 is a pristine and lustrous sparkling wine, boasting a fine and enduring effervescence. On the nose, it arouses subtle hints of white fruit, herbaceous undertones, and a pastry backdrop. The palate experiences a fresh, refined, and lingering taste, complemented by a well-integrated and velvety carbonation.
2016 AT Roca Brut Reserva 2016 is a balanced, fresh and pleasant cava. This vintage stands out for its refined nose, with notes of ripe white fruit, with a citrus touch on a background of traditional bakery. In the mouth, it is delicate, with fine bubbles and a dry finish.
