About Le Paradou Cinsault rouge

Embracing the philosophy of "Refreshing Memory," Le Paradou Cinsault rouge emerges as part of this initiative that draws from the grapes grown in clayey, calcareous, and sandy soils, at altitudes ranging from 200 to 300 meters. However, the microclimate of the region will be the true defining factor, characterized by cool nights and warm, sun-drenched days.
 
Following the harvest, the grapes are destemmed and placed in concrete vats for about 15 days to undergo alcoholic fermentation. Yet, the remarkable trait of Le Paradou Cinsault rouge lies in its meticulous and gentle production process, crafted with the dedication of a job well done. Ultimately, Le Paradou Cinsault rouge is bottled by the Chaudière family, a lineage of vintners neighboring the winery, who also run their enterprise in Mormoiron, at the foot of Mont Ventoux.
