Ettore Germano Barolo Prapò DOCG is the red wine crafted from vines over 45 years old that thrive in clay-limestone soils, ideal for cultivating the nebbiolo variety. The vinification involves a meticulous selection of grapes, fermenting for 40-45 days in stainless steel tanks and then maturing in oak barrels, endowing the wine with a robust structure and unique complexity.
