About Domaine l'Iserand Chasselas Blanc

Domaine l'Iserand Chasselas Blanc is a natural, single-variety Chasselas white wine made by Domaine l'Iserand as a Vin de France in the Rhone, France.

 

The grapes used to make the Domaine l'Iserand Chasselas Blanc wine come from a plot that Jean-François Malsert planted with the Chasselas variety on the Sécheras granite plateau with the aim of producing a fresh, light wine with a low alcohol content.

 

To make this wine, the skins are macerated for about 48 hours, which gives the wine freshness and structure. The must ferments with its native yeasts. The resulting wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged for six months in stainless steel tanks. It is bottled without adding sulphites.

 

Domaine l'Iserand Chasselas Blanc is an ideal wine for enjoying in good weather thanks to its delicacy, freshness and beautiful mineral background.
