The golden ratio — also known as the "divine proportion" — is a unique number (approximately 1.618) that recurrently appears in nature, art, and architecture. Why? Because it is associated with perfect harmony and balance. From the shape of a seashell to the structure of a galaxy or the design of renowned artworks, this ratio evokes a sense of beauty that our eyes find irresistible.

This enigmatic ratio has been regarded throughout history as a sign of a higher or cosmic order. Hence, many believe it holds a kind of "divine secret" in the perfection of form and design.

At Mas Llunes, this concept is not just a number: it is the inspiration to craft wines that embody that same natural harmony and balance. In the D.O. Empordà, tradition and innovation merge to create wines with character and soul, always striving for that perfection symbolised by nature and the golden ratio.

From this union emerges Mas Llunes Auria, a delicate and fresh wine crafted from Moscatel de grano menudo, organically cultivated and hand-harvested at the right moment. The grapes are gently destemmed and pressed, without maceration, to extract only the purest free-run juice. Then, it undergoes a slow fermentation for 30 days at 15°, preserving all its freshness and elegance. Before bottling, it is clarified and stabilised at -3°, ensuring a balanced wine, full of life and ready to offer an experience that connects mathematical perfection with the pleasure of every sip.
