The Georges Laval winery is located in Cumières, near Epernay, in one of the most prestigious Premier Cru in Champagne. Georges Laval is considered a true hero. Decades ago, he was one of the few winegrowers (there are more than 16,000 in Champagne) who continued to manage his vineyards in the way his ancestors taught him – in an environmentally friendly manner, without the use of chemicals. All this artisanal and organic work, with very limited productions, gives rise to exquisite sparkling wines that are an accurate reflection of the terroir and have become true cult Champagnes.
