It is precisely with this spirit, paying homage to the original boundaries of Chianti Storico, that Tenuta di Carleone, a winery nestled in the picturesque landscape between Siena and Florence, at the heart of Chianti, crafts its pure sangiovese; Tenuta Di Carleone Chianti Classico.

Under the guidance of Sean O'Callaghan, an English winemaker with profound knowledge and a genuine passion for terroir, the grapes of Tenuta di Carleone Chianti Classico thrive in an awe-inspiring landscape of 20 hectares of vineyards, surrounded by wooded hills, small rivers, and fertile plains. This unique setting practices organic cultivation with biodynamic methods, respecting the natural balance of the locale. When the grapes reach their peak ripeness, they are hand-harvested, with meticulous selection in the vineyard. Once in the winery, the vinification process is carried out with indigenous yeasts, extended macerations, and minimal sulphur intervention. The wine is aged in a combination of stainless steel and oak barrels, endowing it with an elegant texture and a nuanced aromatic profile.
