Order tracking
When you place your order, you will receive tracking so you can track the shipment and know the delivery day. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a note for a second delivery attempt or to arrange pick-up at their facilities. Only some shipping companies call beforehand to arrange delivery.
Importing wine to Norway
If you live in Norway and want to buy wine on Decántalo it constitutes as exporting wine out of the EU, and importing it into Norway.
At Decantalo you don’t have to pay the 21% VAT in Spain, since you will pay the taxes in Norway. When you select Norway as your chosen country, 21% VAT will automatically be deducted for you. Breakages
Our boxes are very sturdy and bottles rarely break, but if they arrive broken, don’t worry — we’ll send them to you again.
Prices
This table is not valid for Magnum formats and special gift presentations, as they require special packaging. You can check the shipping cost of your order in the shopping cart by selecting the delivery destination.
Large shipments
For orders over 90 bottles, it is possible that shipments are made using palletized service.
Shipments in original wooden boxes
We ship the wine in special protective boxes to avoid breakage. You can request the original wooden boxes by contacting us at [email protected]
