It all began in 2021, when the renowned pastry chef Jordi Roca collaborated with the legendary house of Macallan to launch The Macallan The Harmony Collection Rich Cacao, the first edition of a series that, release after release, has explored and surprised with ingredients such as coffee, Scottish meadow grass, oak, and tea. Each launch not only opened the door to a rich aromatic universe but also breathed new life into natural materials (cocoa shells, coffee skins, grass remnants, oak shavings, or tea fibres) which found a second life in the cases that house these bottles. Now, as its name suggests, The Macallan Harmony Collection Inspired by Fresh Coconut focuses on coconut, using recycled fibres from its shell to create the packaging. 
 
Inside, The Macallan Harmony Collection Inspired by Fresh Coconut preserves the house's distinctive style. This time, Macallan opts for a selection of American oak casks seasoned with sherry and former bourbon casks.
