About Vivanco Rosado

Dinastía Vivanco Rosado is a pink wine from Rioja produced by Bodega Dinastía Vivanco. The winery is located in Briones (La Rioja Alta).

Dinastía Vivanco Rosado is a blend of Tempranillo (80%) and Grenache (20%). The grapes come from vineyards planted on clay-ferrous soils, in Briones.

The development of Dinastía Vivanco Rosado begins with a manual harvest in boxes of 10 kg in the second week of October.

Its development is made using the traditional method of bleeding. Once in the winery the grapes are crushed and the resulting wine remains in contact with the skins for between 12 and 24 hours at 10 ° C.

Subsequently an alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 14-16 ° C. In addition, the bottle design is inspired by a bottle of the original eighteenth century which can be seen in the Vivanco Museum of Wine Culture.
