Acústic 2022 is a red wine that is effortlessly enjoyable and memorable. On the nose, it combines ripe red fruits, violets, and that hint of Mediterranean scrubland reminiscent of an evening stroll, with nuances of spices, caramel, and fine tobacco. On the palate, it is juicy and expansive, with a creamy texture that envelops without being heavy, a lively acidity that keeps it vibrant, and a mineral undertone that adds depth. About Acústic

In a world where technology dominates every process, Acústic Celler invites us to pause and listen to the pure essence of the land. Its creator, Albert Jané, has embraced an honest and artisanal approach, steering away from artifices to craft wines that honour the vineyard's identity. His philosophy is clear: to reclaim tradition and give voice to native varieties, allowing the terroir to express itself without interference.

Acústic, a red wine from D.O. Montsant, embodies this commitment. A blend of Garnacha Tinta and Samsó (Cariñena), sourced from old vines aged between 35 and 65 years, where each vine has grown facing the passage of time, the seasons, and the influence of the Mediterranean climate with continental nuances. Here, nature sets the pace and the winery accompanies it with utmost respect.

The harvest is conducted with care, adhering to ecological principles and avoiding any treatment that might alter the vineyard's genuine expression. After fermentation, Acústic rests for 10 months in French oak barrels, refining its local character. The result is an honest wine, with soul and personality, transporting us to the landscapes of Montsant.

As Albert Jané aptly puts it, his wines tell stories: of a vineyard that has withstood the test of time, of a winemaker who has preferred the whisper of nature to the noise of industrialisation, and of a land that continues to speak through its unique character. Acústic is an invitation to feel and listen to the authentic.

Acústic 2018 is a robust red wine, exuding deep aromas of ripe red cherries intermingled with hints of violet blossoms. On the palate, it is commanding, rich, and luscious. This is a sophisticated wine featuring refined tannins and seamlessly integrated acidity. The finish is extensive and enduring.

2017

Acústic 2017 is a richly concentrated red wine exuding profound aromas of ripe red fruits and floral undertones. On the palate, it is luscious, enveloping, and refined. This expansive wine boasts silky tannins, vibrant acidity, and a lengthy, spiced finish.
2016 Acústic 2016 is a powerful, meaty and structured red wine. In this vintage the aromas of ripe red fruit stand out, with very elegant toasted notes over a subtle mineral base note. On the palate it is silky and expressive, with volume.
2013 Pleasent and bulky, this is a fruity wine with sweet and velvety tannins. It has a well-intergrated acidity. Long finish with a marked presistence.

2012

In the mouth it is very enjoyable and has volume. It is also very fruity, sweet and containing velvety tannins. Well integrated acidity. Long finish.

2009 Very nice and wide attack and a fleshy, powerful and silky mid palate. Full-bodied and very fruity wine, with sweet and velvety tannins and a well-integrated acidity. Long finish with a great persistence and an aftertaste of fruits with a touch of liquor.

Intense ruby â??â??red colour with violet edges. Bright. Abundant and dense legs.

The greatest expression of red and black fruit. The fruit is the absolute protagonist. Its very elegant aromas are relased along with light floral notes and notes provided during its ageing, such as spices (especially cinnamon) and balsamics. Slightly mineral at the end. Very fruity wine with an explosion of aromas when it opens up.
2008 Powerful, very fruity, meaty and dense with a good load of ripe black fruit. Wood as well integrated acidity and tannins. Long finish.

Cherry red with purple trim and tear slightly persistent, characteristic of the Montsant zone.
